INVESTOR GOAL AND CHALLENGES
The creation and implementation of a new standard of sales offering for Pekabex Development in Częstochowa – providing end customers with ready-to-move-in or rental flats that are fully finished and furnished.
The main organisational and design challenge was to prepare as many as 20 different floor plans simultaneously, whilst maintaining aesthetic consistency and uncompromising practicality. The project required a carefully devised action plan, an optimised budget and perfectly coordinated logistics in order to carry out the finishing works in 20 properties at the same time without any delays.

PROPOSED SOLUTIONS AND MATERIALS
The project was based on the development of a bespoke range of three versatile and timeless design styles (Monochrome, Natural, Premium) tailored to the diverse needs of clients.
• Parallel design of 20 layouts: The DDB team created individual functional plans for each of the 20 units, prioritising maximum use of space and home ergonomics.
• Selection of certified materials: A dedicated materials matrix was created using carefully selected raw materials that combine timeless design and durability, whilst also holding the necessary quality certificates and approvals. The Premium variants feature durable compact worktops, robust ceramics and baths (including Kaldewei).
• Full supervision and logistics by DDB: Full coordination of works has been ensured: from the verification of documentation and selection of materials, through the management of on-site delivery logistics, to regular monitoring and supervision of the construction teams by the site manager and architect.
• Sales support and home staging: The properties were fully fitted with flooring, doors, built-in furniture, as well as decorative finishes and staging, presenting a ready-to-market investment product for the developer.
