INVESTOR GOAL AND CHALLENGES
Creating a pioneering format of ReVital serviced senior apartments on the Polish market, developed within a multifunctional seaside complex in Mechelinki as a joint investment by Origin Investments and Pekabex Development. The primary design and execution challenge was defining a new standard for senior living in Poland—shifting the focus away from traditional healthcare-oriented care toward a fully fledged, independent residential housing model based on private ownership, underpinned by a professional operator service platform.
The space had to seamlessly combine the uncompromising aesthetics of a modern apartment with discreet, intuitive safety infrastructure, catering to residents with varying levels of self-reliance without ever feeling institutional.
