INVESTOR GOAL AND CHALLENGES
The creation of a prestigious, highly luxurious show flat for a property development by Marvipol Development on Conrada Street in Warsaw. The main aim of the project was to create a space that would impress with its unique style, evoke an emotional sense of warmth and security in potential buyers, and reflect the prestigious character of the property.
The challenge lay in designing an interior with a high standard of finish without the need for costly skimming of walls and ceilings, whilst precisely integrating modern electrical installations and modifying the plumbing in the bathroom to meet the highest functional requirements.

PROPOSED SOLUTIONS AND MATERIALS
The architectural concept was inspired by amber – a symbol of cosiness, harmony and the warmth of home – and the Mid-Century Modern style, which combines geometric simplicity with elegance.
• A Refined Palette of Materials: Waterproof laminate panels with a high abrasion resistance rating from the Quick-Step Impressive range (which perfectly imitate natural wood) were used, along with Paradyż ceramic tiles and wall mosaics (from the Monpelli and Little Rocks collections – winners of the 2024 Red Dot Award) and accent kitchen mosaics from Raw Decor.
• Bespoke Custom-Made Joinery:
o Kitchen: Tall column units (fridge and oven), a slim, elegant white compact worktop, and wall units extending to the ceiling, punctuated by a decorative extractor hood.
o Storage Areas: A wardrobe in the entrance hall with a laminated body and fronts, and wardrobes in the hallway and bedroom featuring mirrored fronts that make the space appear larger.
• Zoning and Styling: A clear division into living, private and relaxation areas. The interiors have been fitted with designer movable furniture (including a Ramaro sofa), decorative reliefs, Vesstige textiles, as well as bespoke lighting fixtures and curtains.
