INVESTOR GOAL AND CHALLENGES
To create a flagship show house for Ronson Development Polska within the prestigious Nova Królikarnia development in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. The primary business goal was to design a space that fully reflects the character of the exclusive housing estate, combining architectural elegance with the harmony of the surrounding nature, serving as a tangible inspiration and a powerful sales tool for future residents. The design and execution challenge was to seamlessly translate complex three-dimensional visualization models directly into a finished interior spanning over 200 m². The realization required flawless coordination of unique architectural elements, such as curved walls, sculptural stairs illuminated by a roof skylight, a water-vapor fireplace, and an advanced relaxation and home SPA zone.

PROPOSED SOLUTIONS AND MATERIALS
Velvety Curves and Artistic Textures: The guiding motif of the interior became soft, curved lines and curved walls covered with effective structural wallpapers featuring organic patterns. The design is tied together by a rich, warm color palette based on shades of burgundy, terracotta, whisky, and natural wood.
Stairway to Heaven: A spectacular architectural element consists of wooden, sculptural stairs naturally bathed in daylight thanks to a roof skylight, leading future residents straight to a private rooftop terrace.
Living Zone & Water-Vapor Fireplace: The representative living room with a kitchen island and direct access to the garden harmonizes with a modern water-vapor fireplace, creating a cozy and luxurious atmosphere.
Private Master Zone & Home SPA: A luxurious master bedroom connected to a large, open bathing zone, a wardrobe, and a private fitness room and sauna was designed, defining a unique standard of living on the estate.
